One can install SwitchBee’s variety, smart modules in the hermetically sealed boxes, and consequently enjoy the advantages of smart switches for lighting, for shutters for pergolas and more, outside. SwitchBee’s external switches can be remotely controlled, scheduled, and included in scenarios.
External Switches
Application Options
There are external switches in many homes which are used for switching of garden lighting. The external switches are exposed to direct sunlight, water and wind and therefore get damaged over a short period of time. SwitchBee’s external switches boxes are waterproof and perfectly adapted to the extreme weather conditions prevailing outside. The boxes allow control of one, two or three contact surfaces, through which one can control three points, two points or a single point. In the external box series, one can also find an irrigation controller for three solenoid valves, which allows control via the app on up to three solenoid valves and define irrigation programs easily.
